Under what circumstances can my ISO certification be suspended or withdrawn?

The suspension or withdrawal of an ISO certification may be initiated either at your request or by QUALIANOR Certification, particularly where compliance with certification requirements is not maintained, contractual commitments are not fulfilled, or the rules governing use of the QUALIANOR Certification mark are not respected. In the event of suspension, QUALIANOR Certification defines the most appropriate method to restore certification within a specified timeframe; a withdrawal requires the entire certification process to be undertaken again.
